I reached out to Kristi long distance, and she actually answered her phone. Was the first agent to answer my call personally, after dozens of calls. She put me completely at ease, and has been friendly and very on-point about my home purchase. She took her time to go outside of her normal working routine to search for short term rentals for me and has been very clear with me about every step of this process. Her communication and effort is top notch, and I am blessed that she was the one who answered the phone. I highly recommend Kristi, and I anticipate more of her assistance in future searches and purchases.
