Watermark Endodontics: Mark W. Moore, DMD

I have had several root canals over the years. Dr. Moore and his staff delivered the best experience I have ever had, head and shoulders above all the others. From the moment my wife and I walked in, we were pampered. They were genuinely concerned about both our comforts. Dr. Moore stated his goal is to deliver an almost painless experience. HE SUCCEEDED!!! To top it off, they are openly Christians. They even provide a goodie bag when you leave.

I decided to use Watermark endodontics as a reference from a friend. I asked at my initial visit for a total cost evaluation so I would know exactly how much the procedure would cost and not be surprised by any extra fees. I was told the amount would be around $1,000 total. We set up a payment plan which they would only allow two payments so a little over $400 each time. I had the procedure and was told if I had any problems at all to please contact the office. I did notice what appeared to be a hole in my tooth under the filling later on and after repeatedly calling and asking for the dr to just take a look and be sure all was ok and I hadnt damaged it in some way i was told he was busy and in procedures and didnt have time. This month I received yet another bill from them that had an additional $600 worth of fees that they said insurance denied. However I had already paid my bill in Full! Now Im being told it is going to cost me another huge sum. I do not understand how they can legally go back on a contractual payment plan and charge me more than the insurance allowed. It is their responsibility to file the insurance before and be sure the patient is aware of all charges. I would not have had the procedure done had I known beforehand how expensive it was going to be and just how unconcerned they actually were about me.

All of the staff was amazing, professional and just awesome! I really dont like dentist but i recommend Watermark to anyone needing a root canal.

When I learned that I needed a root canal I immediately knew where I was going. Dr Moore at Watermark Endodontics has a reputation for being the best and he did not disappoint. Everything went smoothly from the professional and friendly reception throughout the remainder of the visit. Dr Moore performed the procedure flawlessly and without even a hint of pain. I thought root canals were painful. Not at Watermark. Thank you so much for the care that went above and beyond any and all expectations!

The staff were lovely and welcoming. The entire procedure was painless and did not take long at all. So far I have felt no tooth or jaw pain in the area since the root canal and that has been wonderful. Thank you!
