Twin Oaks Elderly Housing

This is a nice quiet area. All the residents I've spoken with love living here. There are rules and regulations to every apartment complex especially if the tenant has section 8. Just follow the rules and you have no problems.

I was astounded to see such a beautiful, clean and quiet complex for our elderly community. The manager, owner, and maintenance team go above and beyond to keep the property safe for their tenants.

Very rude workers very rude to my grandma Always trying to make my grandma feel bad She is very rude to the people that live here She has told my grandma she can't even have family over to see her I don't think it's right she is a money grabber and a lier think she cussed me out and I didn't appreciate it at all she called the cops on me for coming to see my grandma a little while ago DONT LIVE HERE IF YOU DONT HAVE TO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very bad management. She makes residents pay for anything that goes wrong. She ALWAYS says one thing then ends up saying something completely different. She has picked on my mother since she's lived there. I'm glad I finally got her away from there. She's a money grubber. I don't recommend living there
