As a person of color, it was very discouraging to be treated the way I was in this tractor supply. I go to tractor supplies on a regular basis and have always had good experiences. I walked in expecting to wash my pup but was asked to leave because I had the audacity to complain about the way their system is. I waited and was told that I could not wash without paying first. I would walk back and tell the representative that the washing station was empty but by the time I got back, they had already wrung someone up for the station. This was with them knowing that I was waiting for the station to be empty. I brought this up to the representative and she said to wait at the washing station and then head back up there when they were done. I did just that. When I got the the front, I was told to go back and make sure it was empty. Kinda silly but I did it. When I got back, the representative was kind of giggling and then she saw me and stopped. When I went back to her to confirm that the station was empty, she said the the other representative had already wrung someone up so I would need to wait until they were done. I had spoken with both representatives about needing the station so they both knew I was in line. When I asked to speak with the manager he was the rudest person I had ever spoken with. I told him his system wasnt good and I was continuously skipped over when needing the washing station. His response was come up with a better solution then. I told him that wasnt appropriate and he was the manager so this was his store and he needed a better system. I was asked to leave after this. Not once was I rude or did I have any negative things to say but this is how I was treated. I dont want to speculate on race but I was the only person of color in the store and I was the one person who they would purposely skip over.

I wasn't sure what I was going to get. I was greeted and offered assistance by a very pleasant and helpful staff. By the time I left. I had spoke with almost everyone that worked in the store. All of whom were very helpful and more importantly, They were putting out positive energy. Special thanks to Jamie MERRY CHRISTMAS
