Bienville Dental Care

Horrible experience here with this clinic not confirming our insurance prior to service, leading to $100 out of pocket expense needlessly. Shouldnt it be standard practice to confirm insurance prior to service? Would not recommend.

I would not recommend this place to anyone I had gum disease I had the deep cleaning done then I was in horrific pain afterwards I let the office know they wouldnt write me anymore of the antibiotic mouthwash. They referred me to a different doctor and said thats all they could do. Sorry, what kind of people do that to people when you tell someone youre in pain you cant even go to work or talk to someone without crying because your mouth hurts so bad and on top of it all they referred me for a root canal for the wrong tooth! The teeth they said to evaluate there was nothing wrong with.

I came to Bienville Dental Group after a terrible experience with Aspen Dental (Pascagoula). Unlike Aspen Dental, Bienville Dental were wonderful, professional, and honest. They were able to verify my dental insurance in less than 30 seconds (Aspen couldnt verify it with more than 30 minutes effort). After some brief X-rays, I received a thorough and professional cleaning and checkup. I wish all of the Aspen Dental sites would be replaced (along with their immoral and ugly financial scamming) by Bienville Dental Offices.

This is the highest quality and value dental care available. Dr. Danh and his staff are excellent in every way. The office is modern and impressive. I did not realize how lacking my dental care was previous to becoming a patient here. Highest recommendation possible.

This place is real sketchy. Me and my son came here for cleanings and cavities filled in the past. I came back recently because my son was having mouth pain. We were told he needed a root canal and crown. I said ok let's get it scheduled ASAP. They made me pay 40 dollars to make the appointment. Kinda odd but I paid it. Then they told me if I pay cash they could knock 10% off the procedure. Ok great. Showed up this morning, they said it's 2259.00 and we need it now. I said ok but the banks don't open til 9 appt was at 830. So I pulled out checkbook. Was told we don't take checks. I told them ok but banks don't open til 9 and I don't carry that kind of money around. They then said we will give you til 915 to pay it and that he won't be able to do it all today because they wouldn't even start on my son until it was paid in full at 915. They wouldn't even give me my deposit back. I get that some people don't pay but I didn't owe them any money. Why not at least hold the check until the bank opens? My son will be there so I'm not skipping out on my bill. Don't judge a book by the cover, I make more than enough to pay the bill. Quick update, went to another dentist turns out my son didn't even need a root canal or crown. BEWARE of these con artists.
