Your receptionist have terrible guest services. I will not refer any clients there because of the poor customer service. Not helpful at all!!

Highly recommend Southern Magnolia Smiles in Ocean Springs, MS. Nice, clean dental clinic located in a small strip mall. Dr. Nguyen is new to the clinic, I was very pleased when meeting him and felt very comfortable and confident in him during my dental exam. Yen was my hygienist for the appointment, she did a fantastic job! Friendly , professional and worked in a timely manner.

Had a wonderful experience. 10 out of 10. I have not been to a dentist due to anxiety for years, I was completely too embarrassed to go. Due to some pain I ended up making an appointment for the same day so I would not back out and they reassured me that theres nothing to be embarrassed about. They fixed me and and explained everything in detail. They made me feel very comfortable. I am overwhelmingly happy I went to them.

I had recently changed jobs and while I knew I had medical insurance, I didnt have the information to provide to Southern Magnolia Smiles staff so I was treated like an out-of-network patient (I was/am in-network), which I understood and paid for everything up front in November like I was asked. After a month I was provided a check and it was for a fairly minuscule amount considering what I had paid and when I questioned Amy, the office manager, about it, I was told my insurance would reimburse me. I contacted my insurance and was told that was incorrect and so ensued a series of back and forth exchanges that lasted for MONTHS. Not only was the office manager incredibly rude, but everything this woman told me was wrong! Either she was purposefully telling lies or she was ignorant, both of which reflect poorly on Southern Magnolia Smiles. I sincerely questioned the integrity of the clinic and nearly filed a complaint for non-compliance. The last check for reimbursement I received was in late March. And Im still out $70 due to the office managers negligence because she didnt file a claim in a timely manner (though admittedly it is better than the thousands I had to put out up front). If money is no issue then Dr. Robby is awesome. I had no problems with him or his work, but Id caution patients to crosscheck their EOBs regularly because if I had been complacent I doubt I would have gotten anywhere close to the amount of money I was owed.
