Purchased new 4 wheeler (may/june). Took back after the first outing in June (for repairs not covered by Honda warranty). Fine time to find out that Halls does not back or check the service they done adding accessories. (snorkel kit, which was on the 4wheeler before purchase, was not installed properly by Halls). Discovered on the first outing. Halls said, "Honda would not cover the repair." Hall's removed the snorkel before sending the picture to Honda. ??? RED FLAG. Halls said, " I have to pay no more than 6 thousand to fix/ We will not charge for the tear down to fix." NO THANKS, Just put it back together so I can pick it up. Six months later, I'm still making payments, but I STILL DON'T HAVE IT BACK. After calling a number of times and being told how we have some things before your that's being the shop for over a year is just ridiculous or a lye. Dec 02 I called and was told four things are head of yours. Dec 22, I called again and told, "By Chase, they are working on it. JT in service was supposed to call you." I wonder how long this will take.
Let's not start 2024 with B's, S's period.
