Take 5 Car Wash

on 11/14/2023 at 906am i purchased a 20$ car wash. i went thru the wash and the brushies did not work. i went back around to recieve a real carwash. i was told that the manager was not their and i would have to come back. i told the person that was crazy that i could not get what i paid for. he got mad an cussed me out. i left and returned to see the manager. upon returning this same man [alex horton] told me that i would not get a carwash or my 20$ refund because i disrespected him. i called the police and that was when i found out his name. he stated at that point that he was the assintent manager. he gave the police his name and a phone number that i could call. it turned out that the number was bogus and was not a corporate number.
