        Ordered a door online from the Winchester store last week, and submitted a request for installation. Two days later I get an email from Lowes asking for measurements and such. Emailed it back....nothing! Tried calling the store where the installation services is coming from (today) before they put the door back in stock and got forwarded to THREE different customer service agents before the last one finally advising that I go to the store to pay for the installation first. No one at the store would even answer the phone! Really???????
