Bert West - State Farm Insurance Agent

My business insured over a dozen vehicles with Bert's office for just under a year. This was the worst customer service experience we have ever had. Bert is consistently "out of the office" and his staff is hardly helpful. He would go months without responding to emails or returning phone calls. If we had to have something done, we would just call State Farm corporate. I do not understand how State Farm let's Bert's office stay in business.

Very little help so far on frozen pipes over Christmas break. Bert is off this week. Office lady connected me with the claims department. After more than 20 minutes on hold, I tried to call the office back. It was 5:03, so the office was closed. It appears that this office is only available when it is time for me to pay them - not when I need help. 1/4-My claim has still not been handled, but Ive been assured that Bert can call me next week.
