Dunkin'

Coffees are great, but every time I ask what doughnuts are fresh made that day, I get told they are all fresh. I order doughnuts and they are stale. I'm tired of getting lied to by the whole staff. Y'all should tell your customers the truth. Customer satisfaction is important.

Got there at 5:01 and ordered two drinks and was the only person that came through the drive through or into the store during the whole event. Over 25 minutes later, I still had not received my drinks and when I pulled around to ask, they tell me they are still brewing the tea. Im not sure where the lack of communication came from, but allowing me to wait 20+ minutes without telling me what the wait is for and then to be so nonchalant, was incredibly disrespectful. Final nail in the coffin, wont be back!

The donut is cold, the bag for the hash brown inside has some green residue on it. I didn't order anything green. I will not come here again

Asked us to pull forward and wait, just for our sandwiches to be burnt and our donuts to be old and dry as sawdust.
