Wonderful experience from A to Z , couldnt ask for a better group of people. Everybody went above and beyond to ensure I was comfy and pain free. Especially Courtney.

I took my son there like a week ago and it was the best experience EVER. Dr Allen and her staff are the best. They makes u feel so comfortable and they will make sure your knowledgeable about the procedure that their doing. They are doing a good job coming back from a bad rep from the previous doctor

This was 1 of my worse experiences. The staff is not forthcoming with information. If I didn't know what questions to ask then I'm not sure what information would have been provided to me. I didn't learn of any balance until I asked. I didn't learn that claims were not being submitted until I asked. I wasn't made aware that I had the opportunity to follow Dr. ******* until I asked. I was made aware of a tongue thrusting concern the same month I was informed about the orthodontist leaving. I was a patient 12+ months and a tongue thrusting issue was never brought to my attention. My orthodontic treatment was interrupted. I was offered for the orthodontist to complete my treatment a few months out but I lost my trust in this place and do not feel I was going to get the best care if I continued treatment. Appointments were constantly being pushed out due to the provider not me. This place doesn't have a patient portal so patients are unaware of any outstanding balances or claim submissions. Didn't know I had a balance until I asked. Wasn't informed on how to navigate finding a new orthodontist, nor was any assistance offered. The communication is non-existent. I didn't feel as if I was being cared for as a patient at all. Orthodontist was barely in office. Was not made aware that the orthodontist would only be in office a few times a month prior to becoming a patient. Overall not a good environment for me.

I use to bring my children here before I moved to Florida which was the only reason I decided to return. But this will be their last visit due to the rudeness and smart mouth DA I heard on the other side of the door as I was asking about why weren't both of my children in the back after sitting in the waiting area for almost two hours. Do not schedule me a 2:30 appointment and my child is still in the waiting area at 4. Let me say I am a DA. I work in a Dental office. Not once do we have our patients in the waiting area past 15 min or less. This office is falling apart. And the behavior of your DA will loose you more patients like myself.
