        The worse school my daughter could have ever attended! I never heard of a school asking parents to bring their kids snacks everyday unless they have allergies or lactose intolerance. The second week they message and ask if the parents could send a water bottle every day, that was it for me. I know then something wasnt going well with this school. Oh and the first day my daughter attended this school she came home without her earrings. My daughter said some kid snatched them out of her ear which I do believe because she has had those earrings since she was 1 and shes 4 now. The young lady thats over everything at the daycare could never tell me what happened after she claimed she looked at the cameras! Then on another incident my daughter said another young lady hit her on the playground after her and some more kids were throwing sand. Im that parent that listens to my child and she is old enough to know when she isnt being treated right! The whole experience was a mess! I wouldnt recommend this daycare to anybody! Very unprofessional and lack of training! A week and 1 day was enough for me!

        I've been taking my daughter here for about 2 to 3 years now. She has a speech delay and they have been extremely helpful and kind to her. They have also helped her speech grow so much.

      Hello Deven Vance, We take parents concerns very serious. We ask parents to send optional midday snack and reusable water bottle. We do supply breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack for every child daily. We have a Kentwood machine which all children have access to if needed. We allow children to refill their water bottle to keep them hydrated. I wish you had reached out to me, if it was an inconvenience for you. The earrings upon reviewing camera didn’t reflect another child removing them from her ear. We did search and apologize we were unable to find them. I have message on Brightwheel where your child stated she was placed in timeout for her and another child throwing dirt at one another. This is the 1st time you stated someone hit her. The teacher responded on Brightwheel for the reason she was placed in timeout another child and her were hit one another with dirt/sand. Teacher never hit her and you never stated that until now. If I had knowledge of teacher hitting a child they would have be terminated immediately. Daycares are doing their best to provide care for every child. I didn’t know by a request for optional midday snack and reusable water bottle would be a deal breaker. I pray you and your beautiful little one be blessed. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to serve you.
