After spending at least 10 minutes to order, and at least 15 more minutes waiting in the drive thru just to pay for my food (literally turned my vehicle off the wait was so long), let alone to get it; one of the servers had the nerve to look at me like I wasnt supposed to look into the window! We darn near ended up with hypertension from the fries alone! Its like all the seasoning that was supposed to be on the food ended up only on the fries. My strawberry lemonade shake was the only thing that was good. But for as long as the wait is, Id rather go to Chick Fil A. We also had the pleasure of watching many of the staff empathize with a crew member who was mourning some news shed gotten about her grandmother, asked to leave and being told very matter of factly you can go, before the manager turned around and laughed with another staff member about how they be sooo ready to go home! Anyway, Im not sure what they intended to bring to the neighborhood, but we couldve gone without this.

Bland, bland, bland. I wont be eating here again unless someone tells me Jacks started adding seasoning to their food. The chicken was bland & a bit tough. There was absolutely no seasoning on the green beans. The mash potatoes were so thick, I could hardly mix in the brown gravy. The biscuit I received was hard & tasteless. Even their signature sauce was BLAND. How?! The best part about the experience was the service. The cashier was pleasant although I had to keep repeating my order as she was distracted by a coworker putting ice in the ice holder. Save your money. Put it toward the quality of CFA & youll get both great service & great tasting food.

My wife and I ordered chicken strips with fries and a double bacon burger combo. I asked for sauce and never got it which I needed just to cut through the level of salt. There was so much that my mouth was actually burning. The thin burger patties were burnt and dry. I could not even eat my food and the only reason my wife ate her burger was because she had to take antibiotics with food. She says the only thing that was good was the tea.
