I am not the type of person to leave reviews about ANYthing no matter the outcome or situation being positive or negative. Its just never been a thing for me or my family. But, when I tell you the service, dependability ,dedication, hard-work, personal commitment, eagerness, determination, trustworthiness, patience, and guidance that my family and I received from Ms. Stephanie Smith before, during, and after the purchase of our first home not only made me want to sign my name to an upmost review for her I was actually looking forward to it as we were getting ready to close on our new home. Being a first time home buyer can be scary, stressful, and overwhelming , but Stephanie made sure that we were more than confident and secure during our entire process. She took our process into her hands and treated it as if it were her own. Her passion and professionalism were highly noticeable. We had a lot of questions and anything she didnt know the answer to she made sure she got us one. She is very knowledgeable about her job. She guided us patiently every step through and it made it feel as if this was something that was routine that we were used to instead of being new buyers. My family and I are more that gratefully satisfied with a job well done by Ms. Smith and are enjoying our new home. If you are looking for these qualities in a realtor, this is your go to person.
