We have had many houses by many different builders and Patrick Lee's construction is by far superior to any of our previous houses. His build has quality throughout and generous allowances for everything from landscaping to appliances. I would rate his company A+++. His construction manager, Brian Lindsey, is just excellent. He goes that extra mile to make sure your house is just what you want. And hes makes himself easily available and is so pleasant. Also a special thanks to Nina who cleans the houses before you move in. She is such a hard worker and does an excellent job. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the J Patrick Lee construction company to anyone.
