        The property manager was rude and attempted to treat me as if I was irrelevant. This is not southern hospitality. I went to two additional apartment complexes and the managers shared that this is a consistent complaint about Gwen. She is tacky, rude and insensitive. First impressions are lasting impressions.

        Been living here for 3 years, was a great place to start out our new life as a married couple. The manager Gwen is amazing, she will take care of business quickly. Its safe and clean complex I recommend this place to all my friends and family.

        Upon searching for a place to live, due to having to relocate for a better career opportunity, I was met and accepted with respect and understanding from the management. I was able to complete 90% of the requirements over the phone and/or through the website. I spoke with Mrs. Gwen, the manager, and she helped me step-by-step; this was major because I was hours away and in need of a place to reside. I first came here thinking it may be temporary, but I have not happier since I got here. There has not been one issue that has not been addressed immediately. Mrs. Gwen has shown that she truly cares for her residents and her team as well. The community is nice, quiet, and I feel safe and comfortable. If I could give more stars I would because Mrs. Gwen is truly an amazing manager as well as a great person.
