Arbors at Natchez Trace Apartments

Really poor management (without laying it on thick) and the square footage is nice but thats about it. Rent is to high, building needs an update. Also when you move in somewhere, and your power gets cut off because someone didnt get with Entergy to say youre moving in, water in closet, getting trash fees because a neighbor didnt take their trash out, supposedly getting information people are working on your back porch without getting said information, luckily I have a door camera where random house cleaners walked in our apartment one day? Noticed the camera and left. Other stuff I could mention but I try not to be difficult. This place could be really nice but to much small stuff gets missed and thrown on the tenant.. please if you move here or any Westminster properties, keep receipts because management will pull one over on you if you let them. Have been really tempted to file complaints with the city but like I said Id rather leave a review in hopes of these problems getting fixed rather than creating unfixable problems myself.. cant wait til its deposit time and their mistakes get blamed on my like Westminster Lakeshore Landing did. In this economy one can only take hits for so long. Please do better.

Very poor management. Very poor service and maintenance. Very high rent and very poor administration support. Not recommended to anyone. Just bound by contract and want to move

My experience was great! I did a walk-in and was greeted with a friendly welcome by Jefferson. It was actually during the lunch hour so, I wasnt expecting to get a tour on the same day. Erica (super nice) gave me a tour and made sure that I had all the details needed to start the application process. Jeffersons professionalism and excitement was very refreshing! He made the application process painlessWith that being said, I really look forward to my new home at the Arbors! Update: Never moved here. Ive scheduled a move in date twice and wasnt able to move on the scheduled dates. Management (Jeff) just wasnt managing. The apartment apparently couldnt pass inspection. Ive been to the office so many times to get them to send my deposit and cant get in contact with anyone. Called corporate and still nothing. I wont take away that Erica did what she was supposed to do, its just the MANAGERS. Communication is terrible.

Read the other reviews! I experienced the same issues. Fail at all communication. They do not send things on time, they send blank emails, they send encrypted emails that cant be read. I lived next to a stream of sewage, raw feces in front of our apartment for over 2-3 months. 2 families with children lived 10 feet from that poop stream. They also basically told us we were paying too little so they wanted us out of the apartment, and wouldnt give us a lease renewal options until we were on month to month.
