        Thank you for my brand new 2024 Cadillac CT4 I'm still smiling and I was so blessed to have a wonderful salesperson that made sure I got the best deal and she had faith when I had just a little I'm fulfilled for 2024 and I know my biggest blessing is coming 1 vision down 1 more to go Lord I'm thankful Everyone take a chance and go out of Louisiana for the one of the best dealerships in the Sip go see Laura Nichols she is a beginning to finish woman I'm truly wowed I'm revising my review everything went well with getting paperwork completed for me to drive away from the lot but now that I have questions about when tags and title information will be provided to my local DMV u cant get anyone on the phone nor to answer my emails its as though now that the sale is complete nobody wants to help or make sure everything has be completed.

        Super slow with everything!!! I'm ALWAYS one of the first people there & it takes 5 hours even for a simple oil change. They go SUPER SLOW to bill up the labor charge. This last time was my last time! I'm taking my business elsewhere.

      Ms. Mays, your recent visit was for a recall for your rear tow link and you dropped your vehicle off on Friday and picked it up on Monday. We also performed a multi-point inspection, repaired your rear brakes, and replaced your purge valve. There are fixed labor rates for oil changes, our technicians cannot simply take longer than normal and charge more. The repairs that were recently done to your vehicle did not include an oil change.
