    My drink was full of mold and when I complained and wanted to speak to the manager they didnt acknowledge my empathy and just kicked me out and didnt even give me my refund.

    I normally stop at the Starbucks in Madison by Baptist on my way to work, but today I went straight to work. After being there a little bit, a coworker said man, Id really like a coffee. So, I placed our order on the mobile app for pick up at the County Line Starbucks. I got there, parked, walked up to the door and there was a sign that stated drive thru only. In the mean time, 4 other cars pulled in and went to the drive through. I got back in my truck and proceeded to the drive through where there was now a lengthy line. Remember, I said I ordered on the app so I could just run over and pick the items up. Now, Im stuck in the drive through with folks who had not ordered ahead. I wait, and eventually make it up to the window. I talk to the lady at the window and express my concern with ordering ahead to save time and then having to sit in line to get the items I ordered. I told her it was extremely inconvenient and that if I had wanted to sit in line, I would have just ordered when I got there. The reply, Im sorry that youre disappointed. Hope you have a nice day. There was no explanation or anything. I mean, Id understand if they were short staffed, the bathroom was out of order, or (insert any logical reason here). But I got nothing. I work 0.9 miles from this establishment and usually go to the aforementioned store (Baptist) because my order is always correct and things are never an issue. Multiple times, Ive been to this store (County Line) and have had less than great service.

  • Himizzparker!! Nay Says!

    I wish i could put never stars right now. There is no excuse for the amount of incompetence and lack of professionalism is such a company! You would think that a company that is currently being boycotted would have better services and SERVERS but NOOO!!! This location needs to either shut down immediately or get a new staff because its the WORST in the metro area. I was trying not to boycott this company but Im DEFINITELY jumping on the bandwagon now! Ridiculous!!
