The reason I rated the hotel a four because the customer service and rooms were very clean. The rooms need minor repairs from management and maintenance.

By far the worse experience and stay i have ever had. The room was freezing cold, heat was not working, water was coming from the bottom of the toilet, and my cousin got stuck in the bathroom because the door was cracked. Maintenance had to break the door to get him out. the night and morning workers were nice, even the maintenance guy who all tried their best to rectify the situation which was appreciated but the manager was rude, terrible, and showed no empathy to what was going on. She treated us with 0 respect the moment we got there and like we didnt belong. The hotel should not even be open with all the issues they have because its not up to standards and is falling apart. The only reason i am giving them a 1 star is because i cant give them zero. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
