This hotel is pretty nice but I think the internet should be updated it goes in and out consistently.

We had people come in all over the US for a funeral. As far as Alaska. We all booked this hotel as a family.. every single one of us has complained from bugs in the room, to the air don't work, have to call 3 times and ask for towels and face clothes, to very uncalled for rude customers service. Even asking a simple question, do you have continental breakfast, simple enough right.. she was rude with that question. Well you shouldve said at check in.. I promise none of this family will ever stay here again.. and all the reviews everyone of us are leaving will reflect to every thing said here.

Update: My husband chose to keep our reservation for when we headed back from vacation. Our experience was much better this time around. I have not called the general manager as I am just getting on to see her response. The breakfast was delicious and coffee good and strong. We slept very well in our cool comfy room!
After traveling all day we were exhausted! We had reserved this room several weeks ago and was looking forward to a wonderful night's rest before traveling all day again. There are 7 of us traveling together. We reserved a 2 bedroom suite. There was no room number on our door to tell us which was our room. The bed was very comfortable and the shower amazing!! However, it was so hot in our room! The temp stayed 78 degrees and we did not rest well. We were all soaked in sweat by morning. There was no trash cans in the living room area and not enough towels for all of us. When I went to get extra bath towels, I was given hand towels and told there were no bathtowrls available. Needless to say, not a good experience with our money. The breakfast was alright but definitely not the best hotel breakfast we have had. The coffee, good and strong!! We had already reserved our room for on our way back. We are canceling that reservation and going somewhere else.

The room setup reminds me of a small highrise apartment in Dallas. The amenities are excellent and the shower is amazing! Beds are comfortable with a pillow choice that's just right for you. I will stay here again when I need to. The access to the highway and places to eat is perfect.
