Brad Rodgers Plumbing & Gas

Had a water leak in my kitchen coming down through the ceiling and a/c duct. The a/c company that I use determined it wasn't the unit causing the leak so they recommended I call Brad Rodger's plumbing. It was after hours but I received a call from the fellow who was on call. AJ was great and discovered that a copper pipe was leaking in the kid's bathroom behind the wall and clamped it off. He even showed me how to turn off the water to the house and gave me his number to text a message in case it started leaking again (which, thankfully, it didn't!) Tyler and Josh came out the next day to finish the repair. They arrived promptly, got the work finished and did a great job. Everyone I worked with at Brad Rodgers Plumbing, from the receptionist to the plumbers, was kind, understanding and professional. They did superior work, explained everything that they were doing and I am really pleased with the diagnosing and repair of the leaking pipe. I highly recommend this company and would definitely hire them again!

Called once at 8 am about a leak at my business that was urgent. Was told by the lady she contacted the guy who would be coming out and that he was finishing up with a client and would call in about 10 minutes. Never heard anything so called again at 1 pm. A different extremely rude woman answered and acted like she had no idea what I was talking about. I tried to explain to her my situation and what me and the previous lady had discussed. She wouldnt let me finish my sentence and said she would send someone else out because he just got finished. Called again at 4 pm and was told that they came to my place of business and left because they saw another plumbing companys truck in the parking lot (we work in a plaza with many other business.) Asked when I could be expecting someone to come because it was very urgent and the woman hung up on me.

The other reviews about this company completely ignoring potential customers is unfortunately true. They seemed nice when they came out to look and told me I'd get a quote that evening. That was 2 weeks ago. I've called the office three times and only once got the woman to answer, she said she would check. I've called the mobile number on the business card three times and left voice mails, never heard from them again.
