Im absolutely over satisfied with the service I received. I had 3 devices repaired. They were able to help me with 2 phones Ive had trouble with for a year or more NOW working. One of them which I had to use on speaker for the past two years. I no longer have to do that & they both were serviced quickly. I had same day service & pickup. They also are repairing a 10th generation IPad I purchased. Im excited to pick it up. He has an eye for technology he noticed things about the broken device other merchants did not. Hes very knowledgeable about repairing technology. The store is very well maintained and clean. They made me feel welcome they used my name when speaking to me showing they are listening and valuing me as a person instead of just a customer. They were very willing to help their customer service is top tier I almost didnt want to leave because the environment is so inviting, warm, & friendly. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY NEEDING DEVICE REPAIRS IN THE FUTURE.
