Fantastic location very close to my recruiting destination for work. My room was clean, comfy, and I had a great night's sleep! Daughn even made me a loaf of pumpkin bread which was DELICIOUS! Take a step back in time...a beautiful house with lovely rooms, excellent service, and a homey feeling,(not to mention Mr. Lynch's superb cooking). If you want to get away from the modern hotel/motel aesthetics, I highly recommend the Spahn House!

Southern Hospitality at its finest! From the very beginning the owner, Tom was extremely helpful. He answered all of our questions and went over and beyond to match our needs and wants. Spahn House bed and breakfast is so beautiful and peaceful. Tom knew that we were celebrating our Anniversary. He went over and beyond to make this experience memorable for the both of us. He made arrangements for us to have the executive suite. It was breathtaking! He surprised us with fresh cut flowers in our room and delicious wine. He added a special touch the next morning and delivered breakfast in bed. He brought breakfast later at the time we requested to allow us time to sleep in and it was brought in courses. Gourmet breakfast that was decorated beautifully and tasted so delicious! It was scrumptious and so much of it. We enjoyed breakfast immensely. He made us his specialty...Cinnamon apple pancakes. Yummy! Tom was so nice and greeted us with warm hugs.Everything had a special touch. He even allowed us to go straight to our room when checking in and to stay as long as we liked so that we could sleep in, enjoy the beautiful room and surroundings and just spend time with each other. We will definitely be back and have told all of our friends and now they want to come. If you are considering this bnb, go for it! You will not be disappointed.100 stars if we could give them; 10 just isn't enough.
