I have lived here for going on three years I think and it has been a very good experience. I have not had to call maintenance very often, but when I have they respond very quickly, even when I call the after hours crew. I know there are several families around but I have never had any issues with noise, and I live right by the pool. The pool is very clean in the summer, and is not used during the winter. There are no assigned parking spots, which can cause minor problems but no major problems. It is expensive, but it is the cheapest place in town that I've found that allows pets, and the quality of the townhouse is very good. And rent also includes water and garbage, and you have a small, private patio. When I moved it in was very clean, with only a few scuffs on the walls and only a tiny issue with the toilet and I communicated this with property manager at the time and got it situated.
I know that there has been one time that the police got called, but in three years that's the only time I know of and it happened when I first moved in. When getting deliveries (i.e. food, groceries) I have been told it can be difficult to see the building letters, but the house numbers are also located on the doors. I do not think I've spoken with the current property manager, and I know I haven't spoken with them as much as I spoke with the prior property manager, but the person that answers the office phones usually can answer my questions or direct me where needed. I do wish that there was some sort of auto draft or online payment option as I often have to call the office while at work to pay over the phone.
Overall it has been a wonderful living place as I have had few issues.

Update: I wrote the review below five years ago. Five stars but changing it to two. Had a great experience initially. I'm back due to unfortunate circumstances and I have encountered nothing but problems. The apartment was filthy. Management was quick to respond and get some things taken care of; however, I still had to hire an outside cleaning crew because it was that bad. I wish I could post pictures. The dishwasher still has the previous tenants nasty leftovers and a fork at the bottom. I'm so disappointed and hope that this gets rectified. Otherwise, I'll be counting down the days until the lease is up.
Old review:
Loved the quiet and safe environment. I lived at CVG for a little over a year and had a great experience with maintenance, trash pickup, and management. I will say that it would be very nice if there was an online payment option, auto draft, or some way for younger people who pay their rent on time to build their credit. My apartment was spacious and had nice features. The property manager had even redone the cabinets herself to give a more distressed and antique look to them and it was beautiful. It's pricey, but you're getting a lot of bang for your buck- 2 story apartment, trash and water included in rent, pool in the summer, great internet and cell reception, nice private patio area in the back, friendly and helpful staff, you're away from the city, but no too far from shopping and good eating joints. Overall, it was a great experience, especially since it was my first place. Parking was sometimes an issue- the lines hadn't been repainted in a while and if you had guests over or your neighbor had guests, it was a hassle to park. Oh and the walkway around the pond was so awesome to have. Such a lovely thing to have close by for early morning walks.
