        Used drive thru and we were very specific about what we wanted. We trusted it was right and when we got home, it was totally wrong. What is with people nowadays?, it's very frustrating with the lack of customer service and paying attention to detail? Word to the wise, check your order at the drive in window BEFORE you leave. We take responsibility for not checking, but l'm not wrong when l say that customer service is a thing of the past. UPDATE 4/3, we received a call from Danesha the manager who asked us to return to the store today and she made things right. Our order was perfect and we want to thank her for restoring our faith in humanity. I've revised my ratings to reflect our satisfaction with their products and especially in the manager wanting to rectify our situation so promptly. Thank you Danesha for being a pro.

        They have a major issue with consistency. Ordered an iced coffee with 3 sugars and they did not include any sugar, kindly asked them to correct the drink and they added at least 6 sugars. Had to toss the drink. I visit a couple of times per week on avg but the issues are getting worse. Ive started to visit Starbucks instead.

        Staff is always friendly, service is always fast, lattes are delicious, donuts are ok.. they're just a little harder than I like.
