        Frustrating check-in experience. Arrived at 1230 and room wasnt ready (understandable) but they wouldnt check bags behind the counter. Came back at 4 and the room still wasnt ready. Unusual experience from other courtyards.

        I had to adjust my trip due to travel complications. I called ahead to the courtyard in Tupelo and explained my issue to Brittany. I had a meeting that I had to get on as soon as I got to the hotel, when I arrived Brittany had me ready to go and I was just able to make my meeting. Kimberly the manager was great and helped get my existing reservation canceled at the hotel I was supposed to be staying at which was 3 hours away. The service was great!! Its also got two restaurants right in front to grab dinner, great location! Food & drinks: Outback Steakhouse right in front and Brittany at the bar makes great cocktails!!
