        A rock cracked my windshield on the way to work this morning. I called my agent who answered before they were even open- and helped me get to the right place before the crack spread. Got it fixed within 30 min and now you cant even tell it had been cracked. Great customer service! Thanks Jonathan!

        The monthly premiums continue to go UP every year...regardless of the fact that I've filed no claims since I first started with Nationwide. I thought the longer you go w/o accidents, you should be rewarded with lower premiums!!!
