I went there hoping to find a fixer upper project. I was disappointed. There wasnt much of a selection. The man running the place stayed behind his desk in the back office, not even getting up to greet us. I do like that we could just go look at the homes by ourselves, because we are able to voice our first impressions without a filter. There was no high pressure sales tactic. As a matter of fact, there was no attempt made to sell, just take it or leave it. Dont waste your time.

I really don't think anyone at the Tupelo Location wants me to honestly give a review I can simply say don't believe anything your told and if they tell you how beautiful it's going to be well judging from what my wife and I was told when we purchased a land home package it has been anything but beautiful we have came to the conclusion that some people who claimed to have (your interest in mine are only lining there pockets) they have some beautiful homes but be very cautious when it comes to the sales people cause they will tell you anything
