Do NOT work with Stacy White. My parents used her as their mortgage lender and during the process she made herself available, was very helpful, & punctual all the way to closing. After a year of them faithfully paying their mortgage on time there was a slip up with my parents home insurance not getting to Bancorpsouth in a timely fashion. Due to this slip up their mortgage payment doubled. Something they could not afford. They called Stacy MANY TIMES and left messages and she did not answer. My dad eventually emailed her and she responded with only a phone number for them to call My husband and I recently purchased a home and used a different lender at another organization and she went over and beyond for us, so I'm aware of how a lender should function. Stacy showed us she could careless about helping others. Do NOT use this lady, I highly recommend to use Ken Williams. He has been VERY helpful to my parents and helping them solve this problem.
