I am so sorry you feel we aren't trust worthy. When you called us out you stated you were already aware it needed to be cleaned out due to having multiple plumbers out telling you that, but there was no access to clean it out b/c nobody could find it. You stated you thought it was under the concrete drive or under new addition, that you have sewage going under your home and needed help locating the septic tank. Our guys drove to New Albany, spent 2 hours, pulled toilet to put camera down the line and located your septic tank. He then went out and dug at the tank and that is how he found that the side of the tank is falling inwards. So we didn't charge $500 just to run a camera. Again, I am sorry you feel like you were wronged but am so glad you were able to get it taken care of.
