        first time dealing with them and the last time! got a good return back, but now gotta verify my identity. done that a month ago and still nothing. my wife and i have tried to get ahold of Patricia Houge and left voicemail after voicemail and will never give a call back. she done my taxes and i called again and got ahold of her and asked her about it and said i had to practically figure it out myself. extremely unsatisfied and very unprofessional not to help a paying customer. especially when we paid a lot of money for our taxes to get done. this is what we pay you to do! definitely wont be back.
