        We love our new windows and can tell a big difference in how they are keeping the house warmer in the cold weather. The installation went well, it just took double the time we had been told to expect, but overall, they did a good job, and we are very happy with the look and efficiency of these new windows.

        After the windows were installed, noticed the front rooms were cooler in the summer sun and now with the arctic cold over the last week, not wisp of cold air in any window that WW installed. I am and feel so much warmer this winter due to the excellent installation and installers whose names escape me at the moment...I would undoubtedly use WW and those two again.... Thanks Wilson and Window World! Best choice I have made. Kathy W.

        Very pleased with the quality of the window installation, but very unhappy with the length of time it took to get the windows installed. I ordered them in June 2023 and installation wasnt until November 2023. I still havent received a patio sliding door that was ordered in June 2023. They also installed the wrong size window shutters on one window that still has not been corrected. If you need a timely window replacement supplier, I do not recommend Window World in Tupelo.

        This is the most unprofessional and scam of a company that I have ever experienced and believe me I have paid alot of money to them for the poorest quality and service! I have been dealing with them since 2021! I still do not have my door finished and they installed a defective window that still hasnt been fixed despite my request for 1year! they will tell you its on order never come back! Do not use this company!!! Lifetime guarantee of defect!!!!!!!!!!!!
