        Attended the stuffed artichoke class today. Thoroughly enjoyed the class this was our third class and we drive from the Pensacola area. Learned a lot especially that this is one meal I don't think I will do at home. Chef Danie is very easy going, answers all our questions, and we had a great time.

        Best class I've taken. But I say that every time I take a class there.. Alfredo and pasta this time. So goooood. I always come out of there learning something new. You are never too old not to learn. The class is so much fun and everyone laughs enjoys being there. Looking forward to my next class
