        Check in was very quick, but once I got to my door,my key had deactivated so i had to go back down to and the desk clerk was working alone so she had to step away from the desk to help a customer and therefore I had to wait about 10 minutes, people came down to buy lobby snacks but got inpatient to wait because the clerk stepped away... so long story short, hire more help please... checkout was quick too... I always stay at this particular location and I love it
