Gina at Central Finance is extremely rude and insensitive. She called regarding a debt of my late mother. A debt that my mother thought she paid off. With no acknowledgement of my mother’s death, she explained; very rudely, that a balance remained of $6 and demanded to know who was going to pay it. My mother passed a week ago! How incredibly insensitive is it of her to harass my family over $6 during such a difficult time. I understand the role of a debt collector but at what point do you lose your compassion and empathy for others! 0/10 for this company!!!

They are some very good people to deal with Miss Donna would go out her way to help anybody, I've never had a problem with her Ms Renee miss Ann neither one of them
