        This West point water is not in it to help people. As soon as l receive my bills, it says pay now and if received after this date . Service is subject to be disconnection without further notice if unpaid 10 days from the penalty date. Water is a human need and no one, especially with children should never have service interrupted. There should always be payment plans for folks who are strutto pay their water and light bills. Lastly, the water and light bills are extremely too high in West point. These services need to be evaluated by those elected officials. They need to work with the people instead of working against the people in that small town.
