        Bought from them several times with no issues. Then they blocked me due to their employees mistakes. When I called to find out what the problem was, they basically called me a thief and despite them claiming they would call me back, no call has come. Very shady business and extremely unprofessional.

        GRS Auctions and Liquidators and associates, especially owner, Nancy Cripe, were wonderfully helpful, honest and efficient in auctioning, pricing and liquidating the assets of my brothers estate, his personal property and home, which were in probate for months following his unexpected death. Nancy and her staff managed all the aspects of pricing, identifying and advertising all the items that had value, and the GRS website was attractive, descriptive and showed multiple views of the items available for auction. Since I did not reside in the same state where my brother lived, I could not have handled all the responsibilities of a personal representative without the services of GRS Auctions.

      It is always our responsibility to first protect the integrity of the auction site including Seller's and other Bidder's Assets and investigate all issues reported by other Bidder's and our Staff. Sometimes we have to make a tough call, and respect that you feel wronged in this case and although we do not like getting a bad review or having a misunderstanding, we understand your position and review.
