        Potentially looking to lease a office class laser printer and decided to take a chance with submitting my name and phone number using a printer search engine. Dave who owns the company gave me a call and he was fact finding - super nice guy and offered to come by my house because he was going to be in my area and would like to come by and meet with me face to face. He called me the day of and apologized for not being able to make it by, so we decided to visit his office and made an appointment with him to visit his office on a Monday. We visited him at his office and saw a demo of the printer we would potentially lease. We discussed printer needs and the details of the lease. He took a solid hour with us. Dave is a really good guy, seems like he is very customer orientated and very friendly. He took time to understand our needs and the options he could provide us.       From our humble beginnings in 1990, Americom has continued to grow at a controlled, steady pace, making sure that we do not overcommit on our capabilities and service offerings. At Americom, we realize that our customers are our most valuable asset, so when you partner with us, you can know that the services that are being proposed are very much in our wheelhouse, and the experience that you, as our customer, will experience is sure to be a very positive one! Dave Dillenberger started Americom in 1990 as a provider of document production/print equipment with some computer hardware and service provided as well. Family and community have always been important to Dave, and he has instilled that consistently through the growth of Americom.
