Fox Chase Apartments

I have been a tenant here at Fox Chase for 6 years. The tenants and staff are like family. This is a great community to live in with wonderful people, great staff and nice area with shops and restaurants close by. The dog park is something I use daily to play ball with my dog Zoey. The pool party in the summer is something I look forward to every year. I sincerely thank Angie, Sarah, Karen, Izet and Robert for being the best office and maintenance staff and taking care of all my needs quickly and professionally. I plan on enjoying many more years to come at Fox Chase. Thats how much I love it here!

Great place to live!!! Its a family here!! Love the people in the office they know everyone when u call snd make u feel special!!! Place and grounds is so clean and kept up wonderful. Been here 5 yrs and love living here!!! Pool and club house is beautiful !! Very quiet place to live , great neighbors !!

WARNING FOR ANYONE GOING TO RENT AT APARTMENT 904!! So my girlfriend and I have lived at this apartment for about 2 years, and when we first saw the apartment, the AC didn't work, the counters were disgusting, the laundry room door was held together by rusty nails, the walls were painted over pooly etc. We could look past all that, but unfortunately, we couldn't look past our downstairs neighbor who lives at apartment 902. This guy would constantly stare at us when we would go to our car at night, shined a bright light in our eyes when we DARED to park in front of his window which was on ground level, smoke constantly in his apartment which would go into our apartment which is against the lease and instead of informing the landlord of any noise we made, he Instead tried to break down our door then call the police like a coward. I informed the landlord of all of this for over a year to which not only did she do nothing but instead decided to gaslight me and try desperately to stroke his ego whenever she could. Overall the staff there are incredibly incompetent and immature to uphold the lease they signed off on. For anyone reading this, I would recommend finding somewhere else unless you enjoy cancer fumes In your apartment and staff who will scream at you if you dare to suggest they enforce the lease in anyway.
