        I was very nervous about going to the dentist again after what had been a long time. The team at Aspen dental in Arnold, MO. made me feel so much better. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by very friendly staff. I was treated very kindly and all of my questions and concerns were addressed. I was also assisted in finding financing which was very important for me. Thank you Aspen Dental!!

        This office is very professional. They understood my treatment and were very thorough. The office manager Jill has a great personality and is very professional. I will definitely be back!

        The customer service here is terrible. It is apparently a frequent practice to reschedule appointments made 6 months ago only days before the appointment, as this happened to me for 2 of my last 3 normal cleaning appointments. Not only do they cancel or reschedule appointments freely, but also only communicate that information through automated text messages asking me to call in and then sit on hold sometimes for 20 minutes before being left on a voicemail box to receive a call back hours later. I explained I could not adjust my appointment and the person on the phone said that was fine and they would keep my appointment, but once again I then recieve another text message that the office did on fact reschedule my appointment anyway. All during normal posted business hours. I would not recommend this office at all. There are plenty of other dentists in the area. If you don't have respect for me, I will not be continuing to visit your office.
