Did not have hot water regularly. Would often smell cigarette smoke in my bathroom. Sinks were clogged and drained slowly. Walkability: Close to grocery store and cafe.

Great location, near a lot of shopping and restaurants. Clean rooms and facility. Staff is friendly and helpful. Especially Lindsay, she is amazing at her job. Very sweet, always smiling and bubbly.. and will go above & beyond to ensure you have a great stay.

Inexpensive but odd place. I sense things have gone down at this hotel given the multiple documents I had to sign at check in about following detailed rules. All reasonable stuff, though. Just odd and not like any other hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was clean, but sort of creepy. felt sort of liminal. Not one lamp. One piece of framed art but nothing else. No fabric in the room that was not absolutely necessary. Just towels, bedding, and shower curtain. Basic kitchen but no utensils or kitchen supplies of any kind. (Some supplies for sale at front desk) Guy who checked me in was brusque and sort of rude to the guy who came to the desk after me. Having said all of this, the room was clean, around $100 and in that sweet spot where going down in price from there yields places that are a bit dubious, and quite a bit more to get something better.

Lindsay is utterly unprofessional and she is nothing but a rude unscrupulous moron that still has her job. After many many people have exposed her as I am right now. I called one day before to cancel my reservation and I checked my credit card and they charged me. 42.89 never even showed up but they had my credit card on file and they charged it and she said that's a manager issue so I asked her politely. May I speak to the manager and she says I will let them know and literally hung up on me and then I called back and now she won't answer her phone so she got my measly $42 it's not the money but she has crossed the wrong man. As I said before many many have exposed this Lindsay. I am not going to quit until you deserve what you deserve and that is not to even be employed because you are unscrupulous, unprofessional and rude. If I was your manager you would be fired yesterday. I tried to call back and Melissa answered the phone and she literally told me that they cannot find my name in the system and that they did not charge my credit card. This is preposterous. They charge my credit card and they can't find my name in their system at all but they charged my card so therefore it's a computer and they should know that you had access to my credit card. Then I spoke to Jeffrey. He was just as unprofessional, rude and another moron and he was nasty, very nasty and he cussed me and said that I am not and their system then I said well. How's it possible that you charge my credit card then he cussed me again screaming saying he didn't charge my credit card. So this company is ran by unscrupulous unprofessional, rude morons and please read the number one reviews this place is I don't even know the word to put here for this place. It is nothing I have ever experienced in my life. These people need to be fired and I will make sure that they are every single one. Melissa, Lindsay and Jeffrey because the calls are recorded. Yes all the voices are on the calls. I'm going to fight until they are out of their. How can a company keep people like this? This is unheard of I spoke this review with Google voice so it needs a lot of editing. I don't have time to waste any more. This is fraud because they said they did not have my credit card but my bank statement says they do so this is fraud and they are. I can't even find words to describe these three incompetent, rude, unprofessional unscrupulous and they do not deserve their jobs. Absolutely not! We all know this is definitely zero stars
