This is the WORST real estate company you could hire!!! John Akers(owner) was our agent and he completely lied and misrepresented the house we ended up buying. Years later when we had some issues come up about our house and we tried contacting John, he refused to call us back. After multiple attempts of leaving messages on his voicemail and leaving messages with his office staff, we eventually gave up. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! My advice to anyone that is thinking about hiring this company is FIND SOMEONE ELSE!!! EXIT Realty is a JOKE of a company that is full of liars and crooks.
