Public Water Supply District #3

I have never spoke people who have ever been so rude , obviously customer service isnt the profession they should be in. My water got shut off after they failed to inform me there was a 80$ fee to have accounts switched.

Horrible service from their mailing system to new online portal to the dirt stash clown wearing to much makeup at the service desk. They will do everything in their power to take money out your pocket. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS !

The office staff is super helpful and very nice pleasant people that have always helped all three of my accounts, including our account at Wildlife Command Center

Just found out that my tap water is poisoning my dogs! What is it doing to me?! What are we paying for? One of my dogs is in kidney failure!

Worst customer service, completely incompetent personnel. Not sending me my water bill through the mail for 3 months. Still not receiving a water bill this month even after speaking to them over the phone about not receiving a bill. Person who answered the phone told me exact quotes "I don't know what to tell you. You have a water bill due every month." Understood, I DON'T have an issue paying my bills. I DO have an issue not being able to see what I'm paying for but being expected to pay it(no way to create an online account to see the bill either). I'm not getting in the habit of sending money to anyone without seeing exactly what I'm paying for, no matter the amount. This month's bill is due at the end of the month. Will wait a couple of more days to see if I receive a bill in the mail and then suppose will escalate with a manager and see if that is any resolution. What a joke!!! Only 1 star because obviously won't let me post without a rating.
