Hensley Plumbing

I used Hensley Plumbing through my home warranty for a leaking toilet, he fixed our problems quickly, and even gave us a deal on one of the parts that wasnt covered because it needed to be fixed. He was nice and personable, I would use again!

Hensley Plumbing is not at the address listed. 1204 S. Rinker Ave in Aurora is my residential address, not George's plumbing business. If he did the plumbing for this house, I'm not impressed. Frozen hot water pipes, replaced sewer line without 90 degree routing.

I'm not a plumber but I know  better than to clamp hoses together for a water heater. This guy called a few days after being dispatched he called and asked for a photo of the old water heater and said he'd order a new one but if the warranty company asked, tell them he came out to see the old one. He randomly showed up after dark one evening and said I have your new water heater, left it in my garage and said they'd be back to install it. Eventually the water heater was installed and I paid him $50 to place my new water heater 2 to 3 feet from where the old one was located. He then asks if we have a way of getting rid of the old water heater (which is sitting outside my garage today). No, you were supposed to replace the water heater (bring a new one and take the old). The install was exactly a month ago and my new water heater is now leaking!
