We were the first tenants in our unit and lived here for 4 years. It went from B2 to Propper during our time. During B2s management, our neighbor had a dog consistently barking all day and night. I was told there was nothing they could do and that I had to call animal control on them. Those tenants shortly moved after and the noise issue was only then resolved. After that, it was quiet although the units facing the shopping area can get loud in the very early morning when dumpster trucks come 3x a week, so if you are a light sleeper, youll get woken up at 6-7am. You can hear footsteps from the tenants above you, but its very mild compared to other units Ive rented. All appliances were brand new and remained in working order the entire time we were here. Units are well insulated and the HVAC system was great. Maintenance came quickly and fixed very minor issues throughout the years. Very limited interactions with leasing staff, so I cant review them. We only left due to the rent increase and couldnt justify staying in a 1b1ba w/den for 1664/mo. If rent remained the same, we would have signed another 2 year lease. Location is great with quick access to 141 and shopping/food nearby. Overall, we enjoyed our time here and hope to return in the future if rent costs ever go down in this economy.
