Dan Freihaut agency has been terrific every single time I have needed them. My vehicle was heavily damaged in a hailstorm, and they were the first phone call I made. Loren took my call, smoothed everything over, and reassured me that it was going to be fine. I had trouble getting a shop to even look at my truck anytime soon. No worries, Loren took care of that immediately. Then, I had trouble finding a rental car while my vehicle was in the shop. No worries, Loren saved the day again. I cannot express my gratitude enough for all that this agency did for me. I don't even live near the office, but I could not imagine going anywhere else. I want to make sure I mention Kim as well. She was just as capable of taking care of my situation when needed. Thank you again for taking care of me. Dan, you have an awesome crew.
