This company is a joke. I've never had so many issues with a property management company in my life. We are constantly being sent HOA fee notices for photos/violations that aren't even our HOUSE. You then have to tell them its not your house? which is a joke in the first place to send a bill to the wrong place. I've had random $$$ tagged onto our bill for issues we've never had (like plumbing), WITHOUT NOTICE. You have to catch the hidden money they are taking out of your account. On top of that- They charge you ABOVE what you are supposed to be paying? It all seems like scheme. Complete joke of a company trying to take your money without you knowing. DO. NOT. USE. THIS. COMPANY.

I spoke with Theresa Staryak earlier today, April 3rd, 2024 to cancel a clubhouse rental She was helpful in my request. She has helped me with other requests and was explained issues very thoroughly.
