        I had a four-page letter I wanted copied 60 times, double-sided. The employee explained to me she has not been there a long time and is learning. She asked another employee to help her learn. The employee assisted her and I was extremely pleased with my final product. I appreciated the honesty of the employee to let me know she was at sure how to do the job that was humble enough to ask for assistance. She was very professional, very kind, and gave me the impression she loves her new job. I have used this UPS store many times for printing projects and have never been disappointed.
